2017’s much awaited event – mark of the 10th anniversary of the original iPhone.
While iPhone fans all across the globe were desperately waiting for what Apple has in store for them on its 10th anniversary, they were surprised by the launch of three phones – iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X. The latter is the best and most expensive new iPhone this year with a bunch of features not available on iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus while the key components of all three phones remain the same.
Design and Appearance
All the three phones come with glass on front and back of the device which is reinforced by a laser welded steel and copper.
The three phones are water and dust resistant sealed.
iphone 8 and iphone 8 plus are similar to previous iphone 7 and iphone 7 plus in terms of screen size being 4.7 inch and 5.5 inch respectively.
iPhone X, however, comes with a super retina display of 5.8inches.
Colors
iphone 8 and iphone 8 Plus come in three colors – silver, space grey and a new blush gold color.
iPhone X will be available in colors Black and Silver as of now.
Cost
iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus start at £699 and £799 for the 64GB version respectively.
iPhone X starts at £999 in the UK for the 64GB version, going up to £1,149 for the 256GB model.

All the three phones support wireless charging which means your phone can be charged by placing on a power pad. No need to plug in the cable again. - iOS 11
All three phones will come running with iOS 11, which is announced to be released officially on September 19.

How is iPhone X different from iphone 8 and 8 Plus
The phone has a 5.8-inch OLED screen, which fills the entire front of the device. Apple has removed the iconic home button to make way for the display, replacing it with facial recognition software called Face ID.
Face ID is used to unlock the phone, authenticate Apple Pay and cutomise the new animoji.
