Nice recipe here. But I will be honest I do eat eggs but at certain limits like just eating omelet, boiled eggs, only that much. I dunno how can I eat that. But pretty sure my friends will love it, if anyone asks me about this I will surely give them this link. I am pretty sure it is tasty but I guess it is not for me. If you have any sweets, I am up for it.

Nice recipe here. But I will be honest I really do not like Baingan or Brinjal. I dunno how can I eat that. Pretty sure my few friends will like it especially my mother she is like fan of Baingan. If anyone asks me about this I will surely give them this link. I am pretty sure it is tasty but I guess it is not for me. If you have any sweets, I am up for it. But P.S the way you created, you should have opened your hotel by now. Out country is a foodie. You will be happy and earn happy.
Thanks for the great words Aditya! As V posted this recipe, I had same thoughts as I am so anti eggplant! I didn’t even know how to pick one from grocery store. I tried this yesterday and I am a fan now! I would strongly suggest you to try it out when you cook it for your friends and your mom π
