Guacamole is an avocado based Mexican dip which can be used as a spread or in salads.

  1. Mash the avocado with a fork.
  2. Add all other ingredients and mix well. I haven’t added salt but you can also add salt according to taste.
  3. Refrigerate and serve chilled. Love it specially in wraps as a spread. 🙂
Recipe Notes
  • Make sure the avocados are ripe.
  • Ripe avocados are soft to touch, darker in colour but they should not feel mushy
  • Guacamole is best consumed when it’s fresh and green. It tends to turn brown because of the oxidization, so try to consume as soon as you prepare.
