Also known as the golden milk, it is loaded with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compunds.
We use dairy milk but you can also use almond, soy milk depending on the choice
a pinch of black pepper
Simply put all the ingredients in a pan and bring to a light boil for 6-8 minutes while stirring in between.
Add a dash of honey and cinnamon powder on the top. Serve hot!
You can also add some grated ginger as a remedy for cold, cough and strain in the end.
