Does it happen to everyone or just me, every time clock strikes 4 pm and I am hungry! What to do with these hunger pangs which occur out of eating hours per say.  Smoothies are a great way to satisfy yourself with whole lot of nutrition and flavors specially at these kind of situations. While I prefer smoothies for my 4 pm meal, they make a great breakfast option when accompanied with oats or may be walnuts which make them a wholesome meal altogether. Smoothies also act as perfect summer drinks. Just fill your mason jar and sip away while you drive on those heating days of the year. And guess what, kids love it too!

This one goes specially for V’s little one, my sweetiepie Miraya baby :*

Now this really is the perfect recipe for summer, I am a huge fan of strawberries and I think that they make a great smoothie flavour. Delicious x

I love coconut and I love bananas, so this is a winning combination for me 🙂 I might be tempted to swap the strawberries for blueberries though x

I’m not a total fan of coconut, so I guess I could change it with almond milk.. right? Anyway, I think it’s the best way to start your day if you have this smoothie in your breakfast! Thanks for sharing!

Absolutely! You can replace coconut milk with any nut milk almond/hazelnut/cashew. You can also use regular reduced/full fat milk.

Thats sounds like a delicious recipe. I love anything with coconut milk, I’d rather use some other fruit, not a fan of strawberries though. 🙂

Banana and Strawberry is always a good combination – coconut with it.. must be a good idea. I will try myself to taste.
